was up 2lb from yesterday which from food i ate i would consider normal... but man those pounds still hurt lol..
day 3 first low cal day. not too bad, i was afraid going from the load day to this day might be hard as im sensitive to blood sugar lvls.. and i ate alot of sugar on load days... but not too bad. in fact i have less of a headache than what i did yesterday.
the food was fine, not alot, i can tell it will take adjusting too. not that im starving, just slightly hungry. im sure from the sugar withdrawals.
i even was able to put on son's bday party with out taking a snitch of cake.. lol that is what i call willpower!!
so here is how today went :
breakfast: iced green tea with sf rasberry
lunch: 100g lemon pepper chicken, 1/2 cucumber, melba toast, apple
snack: melba toast (mine were snack size so i allowed myself 1 for snack since i only had one for lunch)
dinner: 100g shrimp cooked with lemon and garlic, tomato, apple, melba toast
drank at least 6 bottled waters, if not more..i dont keep track after 6 lol...
and not feeling too bad trick will be if i survive to lunch tomorrow ;) only the scale will tell
