woke up to the awesome numbers 184.2!! thats a 1.4 loss for the night.. i know im slowing down but hopefully wont stop. i have been thinking that maybe ill cut my fruit and melba back to one a day.. in atkins i never was able to add back alot of fruit.. so far im still losing so i wont complain.. but if it looks like maybe it affecting it, then i will probably cut those back.. i found a great forum im a part of and its been awesome ill like it on my page lots of people who have been through this diet and know it well!
oh ya yesterdays food :
L-1oog steak, cabbage, apple, grissini(found them at store was so excited!)
d-100g garlic chicken, handfull strawberries, spinach, grissini
drank over 6 bottles flavored water. there is a debate over at the forums about those stalling you, so far it hasnt and has enabled me to drink lots of water :)
