ok so i had really good lunch: hamburger with cumin and cilantro on top of boiled cabbage.. i wasnt hungry so i didnt eat my apple thought i would save it for later. BAD IDEA.. i got shaky about 20 min. after drank a lot of water had a melba toast, even had a sf jello trying to gauge the shakes.. sigh so from now on no fruit on its own, with a meal or not at all!
d: lemon garlic shrimp with 1/2 cucumber. tried a strawberry/spinach smoothie later but no go...lol so i think im going to cut it her and hope tomorrow's scale doesnt show this disaster day! lol
